New American Hope LLC (“NA Hope”, “we”, “us”) operates the website nahope.us. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the site or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. We are a private immigration consultancy based in Sacramento, California. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice.
Information you give us. When you fill in a consultation or contact form, call, email or message us on WhatsApp, we receive what you send: typically your name, phone number, email address, the service you are asking about, and any details you choose to share about your situation. Please do not send passport numbers, A-numbers, Social Security numbers or other identity documents through the website. We ask for those only once you become a client, through channels we agree with you.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads conversion tracking. These record pages viewed, the approximate location and device type, how you reached the site, and whether you clicked a phone number, email address, WhatsApp link or submitted a form. They use cookies and similar identifiers. They do not capture what you type into a form.
Our free tools (fee calculator, processing time checker, document checklist) run entirely in your browser. Nothing you select or tick in them is sent to us or stored.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work. To stop Google Analytics on any site, install Google’s browser opt-out add-on. To manage the ads you see from Google, use Google’s ad settings. If you do not want your call or form to be counted as a conversion, contact us by email instead.
Enquiries that do not become cases are kept for up to 12 months and then deleted. Client files are kept for as long as required by our bonding and record-keeping obligations under California law, and then securely destroyed.
You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to any legal duty we have to keep it. We will confirm your identity before acting on a request and respond within 45 days.
The site is served over HTTPS. Client documents are stored on access-controlled systems and shared only with the people working on your case. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please use the channels we agree with you for sensitive documents.
The site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 through the website. Information about children is collected only from a parent or guardian as part of a case.
We will post any changes on this page and update the date at the top.
