New American Hope LLC is a private immigration consultancy registered and bonded in California (bond number 67224524). We are not a law firm. Our consultants are not attorneys and are not accredited representatives. We do not give legal advice, we do not represent you before USCIS, an immigration court or any government body, and we cannot select a legal strategy for you. We help with information, document preparation, form completion, translation and case management. If your case needs legal advice, we will tell you so and recommend that you consult a licensed immigration attorney.
We are not a government agency, embassy or consulate, and we are not affiliated with USCIS, the U.S. Department of State, NADRA or any Pakistani mission.
All immigration applications are decided solely by the relevant government authorities. Nothing on this site or in our communications is a promise of approval, of a processing time, or of any particular result. Any timeline we mention is an estimate based on published government figures at the time and can change without notice.
Articles, guides, calculators, checklists and other tools on this site are provided for general information only. They are built from official published sources and carry the date they were last updated, but fees, forms and rules change. Always confirm current requirements with the official source before you act, and do not rely on the site as a substitute for advice about your own situation. The tools run in your browser and store nothing; the results they show are estimates.
We communicate by phone, email and WhatsApp. Messages sent to us outside working hours are read on the next working day. Do not send passport numbers, A-numbers, Social Security numbers or full identity documents through the website contact form; we will agree a channel for those with you.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NA Hope is not liable for any loss arising from a government decision, a change in law or policy, a processing delay, or from inaccurate or incomplete information supplied to us. Our total liability for any claim connected with our services is limited to the service fee you paid us for the matter concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by California law, or the protection given to you by the California Immigration Consultant Act.
The text, tools, images and design of this site belong to New American Hope LLC. You may print or share our guides and checklists for your own personal, non-commercial use with the source credited. You may not copy them into another website or product.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Sacramento County, California, unless your written agreement says otherwise. If part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
