Most Pakistani families in America live hundreds of miles from the consulate that covers their state, and a rejected form means a second trip. For more than ten years New American Hope has prepared NICOP applications, passport renewals, visas and Power of Attorney attestations for Pakistanis in every state, confirmed the correct mission for each one, and sent the file by post with every page checked, so the consulate visit is the exception, not the rule.
We are a private consultancy, not the embassy and not a law firm. We tell you plainly which office handles your case, what the fee is, how long it takes and whether a personal appearance is required, in Urdu, Punjabi or English, and we keep you updated until the document is back in your hands.

Pakistan has five missions in the United States: the Embassy in Washington DC and consulates in New York, Houston, Chicago and Los Angeles. Each covers a fixed group of states, and an application sent to the wrong one comes back unprocessed. In most cases, no. NICOP applications are filed online with NADRA, passport renewals go to the mission by post, and a Power of Attorney can be signed before a US Notary Public and mailed for attestation. We prepare the file, tell you exactly what to sign and where, and handle the postage both ways. Only a few situations, such as a first-time passport for someone without prior records or a case the mission specifically calls in, need an appearance, and we tell you that at the start.

Three steps. First, a free call or WhatsApp chat where we confirm the service, the mission for your state and the documents you already have. Second, you send us photos or scans of the documents; we prepare the forms, check every page and return the package with signing instructions and, where needed, a notary step. Third, the file goes to the mission by tracked courier, we follow it, and the passport, NICOP or attested document comes back to your address.
Two parts. The mission or NADRA fee is fixed by them and paid directly; our passport guide and NICOP guide list the current amounts. Our service fee is a flat amount quoted in writing before we start, and the first consultation is free.
No. New American Hope is a private consultancy. We prepare and submit applications correctly and follow them up, but we do not issue passports, cards or attestations and we cannot speed up the mission itself. What we control is the part that causes most delays: an incomplete or wrongly addressed application.
Urdu, Punjabi and English. Consultations, forms and follow-up calls with the mission happen in whichever you prefer, and any document that has to be in English is translated and certified in-house.
Yes. An expired passport before travel, a Power of Attorney needed for a property sale or a NICOP for a newborn gets priority: we prepare the file within a day of receiving the documents and use the fastest courier and mission option available. Tell us the date you are working to and we will say honestly whether it can be met.
