    About Us

Paperwork Done Right the First Time

Most immigration delays are not caused by USCIS. They are caused by a missing document, a wrong fee, or a form filed a month too early. For more than ten years New American Hope has prepared and filed family petitions, green card applications, citizenship, work permits and fiance visas for families across the United States, and checked every page before it leaves our office.

We are a bonded California immigration consultancy, not a law firm. We tell you plainly what we can do, what it costs and how long it takes, in English, Urdu or Punjabi, and if your case needs an attorney we say so.

    How We Work: Common Questions

What people ask before they hand us a case. For questions about a specific form or fee, each service page has its own answers.

What immigration services does New American Hope offer?

Five core services: family immigration (I-130 petitions for a spouse, parent, child or sibling), green card applications and renewals, citizenship (N-400), work permits (EAD) and the K-1 fiance visa. We also handle investor and visitor visas, Pakistan consular paperwork and family mediation. Not sure which applies to you? A free consultation sorts that out in ten minutes.

What is the difference between an immigration consultant and an immigration lawyer?

A lawyer gives legal advice and represents you before USCIS or a court. A bonded immigration consultant, which is what New American Hope is under California law, prepares and files your forms, gathers and checks the evidence, and tracks the case, at a fraction of a law firm's fee. For a straightforward petition, renewal or naturalization that is all most families need. If your case involves a denial, a criminal record or removal proceedings, we will tell you that you need an attorney rather than take your money.

How much do your services cost?

The first consultation is free. After it you get a flat fee for our work on your case, quoted in writing before anything starts, with no hourly billing. USCIS filing fees are separate and paid to the government; you can total them for your forms with our USCIS fee calculator.

What happens after I contact you?

Three steps. First, a free call or WhatsApp chat where we confirm which application fits and what documents you already have. Second, we send you a checklist, you send the documents by email or WhatsApp, and we prepare the forms and evidence package. Third, we review everything with you, file it, and track the receipt, biometrics and decision, keeping you updated at each stage.

Do I have to come to your office in Sacramento?

No. We work with clients in every state. Consultations are by phone, WhatsApp or video, documents travel by email or secure upload, and forms are signed electronically or by mail. Clients near Sacramento are welcome to visit; nobody has to.

Which languages do you work in?

English, Urdu and Punjabi. Any document in Urdu or Punjabi that USCIS needs in English, such as a nikah nama or a birth certificate, we translate and certify in-house.

Can you take an urgent case?

Yes. An expiring work permit, a green card about to lapse or a filing deadline gets priority handling: we prepare the application within days once the documents are in, and tell you honestly if the deadline cannot be met.

What if USCIS sends a Request for Evidence or denies the case?

A Request for Evidence (RFE) is common and usually means one document was missing or unclear. We read the notice with you, prepare the response and file it before the deadline. A denial is different: we explain what the notice says and, where an appeal or motion needs legal advice, refer you to an attorney.
