    About Us

The Right Route, Then the Right Evidence

Most investment and business visa refusals come down to two things: the wrong category for the person, or a file that does not prove what it claims. For more than ten years New American Hope has helped traders, investors, professionals and visitors choose between the E-1, E-2, EB-2, EB-5, B-1/B-2 and F-1 routes, then assembled the business, investment, source-of-funds and personal evidence that each one demands, and prepared them for the consular interview.

We are a bonded California immigration consultancy, not a law firm. We tell you plainly which route fits, what it costs, how long it takes and what the evidence has to show, in English, Urdu or Punjabi, and where a case needs an immigration attorney, for a complex EB-5 structure or a prior refusal, we say so.

How We Work on Visa and Investment Cases

What traders, investors and students ask before they hand us a case. For the rules of each visa, see its own page.

Which visa routes do you handle?

Five: the E-1 treaty trader and E-2 treaty investor visas, the EB-2 employment-based green card including National Interest Waiver cases, the EB-5 investor green card, and B-1/B-2 visitor and F-1 student visas. Each page sets out who qualifies, what evidence is needed and how the process runs.

How do you decide which route is right for me?

In the free consultation we ask about four things: your nationality (the E-1 and E-2 need a treaty country), what you want to do in the United States, how much you can invest or what qualifications you hold, and whether you need a temporary visa or a green card. From that we tell you which one or two routes are realistic, and which are not, before you spend anything on documents.

What evidence do investment visas actually need?

More than most applicants expect. For the E-2 and EB-5 the officer has to see where the money came from (source of funds, with bank records and tax returns going back years), that it is genuinely at risk in the business, and a business plan that shows real activity or job creation. For the E-1, trade records between the two countries. We build that file with you page by page, and tell you early if a gap cannot be closed.

How much do your services cost?

The first consultation is free. After it you get a flat fee for our work, quoted in writing before we start. Government fees (USCIS filing fees, the consular visa fee, and for EB-5 the investment itself) are separate. Our USCIS fee calculator totals the filing fees for the forms involved.

Do you prepare me for the consular interview?

Yes. Investment and business visas are usually decided at an interview, and a strong file can still fail if the applicant cannot explain it. We go through your business plan, finances and travel history with you, run the questions officers ask for your category, and make sure the documents you carry match the application.

Can my spouse and children come with me?

On the E-1, E-2, EB-2 and EB-5 routes your spouse and unmarried children under 21 can apply as dependants, and on the E visas the spouse can usually work. We prepare the dependant applications alongside the main case so the whole family travels together.

    Are you a law firm?

No. New American Hope is a bonded California immigration consultancy. We prepare applications, assemble evidence and prepare you for interviews; we do not give legal advice or represent you before USCIS or a court. Some EB-5 structures and any case with a prior refusal or immigration violation need an attorney, and we tell you when that is the case.

Can you take an urgent case?

Yes. A business deal with a closing date, a student start date or an expiring status gets priority handling. Tell us the date you are working to and we will say honestly whether the route you have in mind can meet it, and which one can if not.
