    Visa & Investment: Common Questions

Quick answers about treaty trader, investor, and employment based visa routes to the United States.

What is the difference between an E1 and E2 visa?

The E1 is for treaty traders who do substantial trade with the United States, and the E2 is for treaty investors who put money into a U.S. business. Both need your country to have a treaty with the U.S. We help you work out which one fits your situation.

How much do I need to invest for an EB-5 visa?

The EB-5 program has a minimum investment set by the government, with a lower amount allowed for projects in certain targeted areas. The figures can change, so we share the current requirement with you during your consultation.

What is an EB-2 visa and do I qualify?

The EB-2 is an employment based green card for people with an advanced degree or exceptional ability in their field. We review your background and tell you honestly whether this route is a realistic fit.

Can I bring my family on an investor or work visa?

In most of these categories, your spouse and unmarried children under 21 can come with you. We help you prepare the family applications alongside your main case.

Do you help with student and visitor visas too?

Yes. We assist with visitor and student visa applications, including the forms, supporting documents, and interview preparation, so you go in ready and organized.

How long do these visa applications take?

Timelines vary a lot by visa type and your home country. Processing times also change over time, so we give you a realistic estimate based on your specific case rather than a fixed promise.

Are you a law firm or attorneys?

No. We are an immigration consultancy. We help with guidance, document preparation, and application support. We do not give legal advice or act as your attorney.

Can you handle urgent or time-sensitive cases?

Yes. We file urgent cases on a priority basis. Let us know your deadline and we will move quickly to get your application ready and submitted.
